If you are here and reading this, thank you for supporting my art! Since I was a small child I loved drawing and design. At Smith I majored in psychology and then took a job as an Intake Coordinator for behavioral health. I recently made the major decision to quit my job to pursue my passion for painting. I am currently living in Little Compton, Rhode Island with my husband and two cats, Moose, and Raxtus. I feel so incredibly grateful and inspired to have the opportunity to create everyday.
I want to make art that inspires others to create. Some of the artists that inspire me are Joan Mitchell, Heather Day, Jean-Michael Basquiat, and Cy Twombly. Some of my favorite things are sushi, cats, tea, and dark chocolate. I am currently dedicating some of my time to creating pieces for Rotary, a multimedia arts collective. In the near future I am looking forward to creating a chapbook with my dear friend and poet Courtney Arnold.
